Has anyone ever heard of this company?

Loan Mods.

So I went to do a search on previous topics and someone had done research and found out that Hope for Home was a company that indeed did loan mods and further research turn up that in CA Gov. Schwarzenegger signed SB 94 prohibiting any licensed or unlicensed person from collecting upfront fees for loan modifications or mortgage loan forbearance services. So I'm glad I turned that job down. But of course the lady was a little angry when I told her and stated, "we absolutely do not collect any upfront fees and our business is in no way unethical or illegal." However, I can certainly read, and I was defintely suppost to collect a check from this poor women.
