Mass Mailing by Title Source
Looks like everyone in the country got one about the client hard copy thing.
That's quite a notary email list if you are in need! Might be a bad call on their part to send out that list??

Got one of those from Service Link dated 4/6/12. Same thing ... paper copy to borrowers ... lots and lots of recipients listed rather than bcc'd. So much for our privacy.

They're not mailing hard copies to the B--they can get them online or request 'em. That's it.

So, does that mean we don't have to print BO copy?

Most of the time you didn't already. They sent them direct to the BO a day before signing. I have had them send both copies to the BO too. Read your confirmation, it will say overnight and email if they sent the borrowers a copy. It will tell you when to print the Bo a copy. I would imagine the wording will change on the confirmation now.

This is a company that has it together. It's such a pleasure doing business with them.

Re: Mass Mailing by Title Source - Just for Quicken Loans
Which never required you to print a borrower copy. For all other lenders you still need to print a copy. It says the borrower can print from the Quicken website or can request that they send them a hard copy.
