Please forgive me....

I have used the darn Orange Button and there are many topics of converstaion regarding this, but I can't seem to get a straight answer and I don't feel like reading every single thread until I do! I currently have $100K in Notary E&O Insurance that is about to expire. Do I renew AND purchase the SIGNING AGENT E&O since it is now available in my state? Does anyone know if these are being bundled?

You can purchase on this site.

I think you should click on "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page and either call NotRot direct, or ask in an email, whichever suits you the best. Harry, et al are doing a lot of insurance things, and I would trust him to give me the right scoop on the whole business. I do believe he would not steer me wrong.

IMO it depends on your situation. I switched to

Signing Agent E&O when it became available, since standard Notary E&O Insurance doesn't cover me as an NSA. Call NR & speak with them about it.

Marilyn, does the Signing Agent E&O include

Notary E&O coverage? Or is it limited to Signing Agent functions only?

Just curious if you've forfeited Notary E&O Insurance along the way - if the SA E&O is a comprehensive plan covering both functions that would be great..
