Premier Notary of CA
Anyone had any dealings with Premier Notary of CA: I didn't find it in Signing Central or other search. Thanks.

Are they a signing service or a notary trying to subcontract? Where are they located? Do you have a phone number for them? Any other data may help with additional info.

Their phone number is 949-585-1970 and they're looking for a notary for Deed and RTC docs. Thanks.

"for Deed and RTC docs."
Sounds like a red flag to me. Don't be afraid to ask lots of questions when you get a call from a company you've never worked for before. I think Yoli may have nailed it. (BTW, 949 area code is in south Orange County - my neck of the woods - but I'm not familiar with anyone working under that name. But then the state lists more than 500 notaries just in my zip code...)

If she cannot get the name of the company correct, would she necessarily get the request phrased properly?
Then again, I had one with this company that was a split signing. They said the lender wanted me to redo the ACK with CA wording in the Ack. I could not do this as 1. FL law says I cannot unless the person appears in front of me and 2. Mr. was only in town for a couple of days and is now back in CA. If the Lender can't accept what I said that it is not necessary as done in FL they they may be redoing this one. (my post of a short while ago....FL law cite and Article 4, US Constitution) After I wrote them, I never did hear any further remarks.
Who knows?

You have to get the company's name correct if you want accurate information. I recognize that number so know who they are.
Go to signing central - At the top of the first screen when you get there is a question: Who called me? Input the phone number and many times you will get what you need to do an accurate search and find true information.

Premier Notary or Premier Lender Services? If it's the latter, I'd work for them all day, every day.
