You can start by reading the Mother Thread (Msg#33325) for basic info, and then follow this forum on a daily basis to get a sense of which companies are having problems. Use Signing Central to identify companies you want to work with ( 3 stars or better only, and search for comments about them in the forum because sometimes the ratings are not current). Do not ask people here to send you the names of good companies to work for - you won't get any(or you'll get the names of known deadbeats such as SOX), and all you'll do by asking is annoy the regulars...
This is a tough business right now and you need to do your own homework - the tools are available here, so if you really want to make a go of it, make the commitment to use them.
