Too good !!

I did a 22 page seller package, 7 miles from my office, for Bancserv, and was paid $100+ in 5 days. I love this company and wish I had more clients like Bancserv,LLC. It was not a last minute signing either.

And that is for a simple ON'd refi.

Bancserv does not pay that much here - you got lucky

They only call me when desperate and I do not answer their calls. Too much of a PITA for the pittance they pay in my area. Glad they paid you a decent amount, but that is not their standard operating procedure.

They have called me a couple of time at month's end. Will pay VERY WELL.

I understand they may not pay well in your area, but what do you mean by PITA. They call once, send a confirmation and await an update on the website. Then they send a check. Not sure how much easier it can get.

Low pay (they want to pay under $100 in my area but I never accepted one that low), docs don't come in for 7:30 PM appt, notary calls asking about docs, docs still don't come in, notary calls again, stilll no docs come in, notary turns assignment back to Bancserv, Bancserv still sends notary the docs after the appointment time has already passed, notary must contact Bancserv again to remind them that said notary has already turned assignment back to Bancserv. PITA.
