APAT Settlement Services

One of my 5 signings today was with APAT Settlement Services in which they gave me an address on the confirmation but no name or phone number. On the 24th I advised that if I am to confirm I need a name and a number. They said as of now it's a "To Be Determined" signing. I thought this was odd and this was supposed to happen at 12:30 today. It's 12:36 now and because I inquired about information and documents they told me to "just cancel" Pardon me for inquiring about information and documents on this very busy day. Your fee just went up if you call me back!!!

I guess they feel they can just reserve me for the day.

too hard on 'em. I work with Nicole and she is fair and pays her notaries.

Its going to be busy today, and everyday until the new year for everyone in this business, even SS.

Because it is busy we are to not have our questions answered? I want more than an email address also - why should that be withheld? Why do they get to remain anonymous in this regard?
