Broke my own record!

10 Signings yesterday and still the last day to sign is the 26th!
First one at 6:30am last one 9pm.
Gonna be a record month as well!

I had less signings but got paid more. Im cutting back on doing 10-13 signings a day. My day started at 8am and ended last night at 1am but I had alot of down time to do some last minute xmas shopping. Record week definitely record month.

Record week, but changing biz model starting Jan 1.

Yes, I had a record week....nothing like 10 closings a day, but still a record week. No mistakes. No problems. I got lucky and I am exhausted. Have two closings Christmas Eve morning.

Starting January 1st, I am raising my base fee 30%, lowering the amount of miles that I am willing to drive and am prepared for a material drop in closings.

AS the senior members of the board have stated countless times "its just not worth it". If my income drops 20% +/-, thats OK,

Lesson learned. Life is too short. I DON'T NEED TO BUY A 60" Screen TV from National Rent To Own. LOL!

With a personal best last month

and reaching my annual goal (+34 signings). I'm happily taking the last week of the year off and spending time with my wife and daughter on the coast. Nothing fancy, just some much needed down time.

I turned down at least 11 friday only took 5 did not want to do anything past 6 have company in town and cant be everywhere at the same time besides I try to take care of the frequent callers before accepting the ones that call last minute who i hardly ever hear from. all in all I did 17 for the week which was a good week not my best but if I accepted some of the ones I turned down it may have been a record breaker.

I did not accept anything for christmas eve I feel I need to have a few days to enjoy the holiday.
