CHASE - had to happen (again)

It was a good 3 week run of no issue's till last night. BO was told no cost at all and there were no LO cost only Escrow and Title insurance and recording fee's. BO wanted no part of this was told no additional cost, waited 20 minutes for CHASE CS and nadda.

Don't blame the guy, he had 60% in home and knew what he was doing. BTW very poor communications with LO and BO and the wife did not want to sign document either.

I see this alot, IMO it is mortgage fraud to not disclose

all fees. makes me hoppin mad!!

Phillip, I have had bo's tell me

that they have the gfe and the lo tells them not to pay attention to that at all. What's a mother to do.

I have had Chase and Chase LOs up to my ears.

That goes for one particular TC that deals with Chase. I wonder if Chase upper management realizes the deadbeats they have in some of these LOs. They are the laziest lowlifes. I am so over Chase that I am seriously considering every thing I may have with Chase from there.
