Chase Notarial Evidence Form...

I have an assignment today from an SS for a Chase loan that does not have one of these forms included. Is this just a FASS or LSI thing? I typically turn down Chase loans because of this added form but wonder now if it really is a Chase requirement. Anyone know?

I have got them from Title Source as well.

Maybe they have gone by the wayside, we can only hope. I would check with the TC. May be a good way to let them know you are on the ball, if nothing else.

It seems to be a CHASE thing for all Title companies. Title Source now fills in most of the information on it now.

Had a Notarial Evidence Form included with docs a couple of weeks ago. Lender was Ally Bank. TC was First American Title.

Kind of threw me off at first. Exactly the same as the Chase form except for no "Chase" on it. Just used my prepared template.

An extra minute on one form, and you turn away the work?

Things must be rolling in the Commonwealth.

They may call you later for that--I had it happen once.

now I carry blanks of the form and add it if it's missing (my blanks have my info pre-populated). I close LOTS of Chase Loans though.

I've found this form only adds 2-3 minutes to the closing. I keep it out the whole time and add items on it as they come up.

I've done a few Chase loans and see no real issue in filling out the form. I like the idea of keeping one handy with your information in it already. I just might do that for the next one. I certainly wouldn't turn the work away for something like this. It takes only a few minutes to complete.

OK...I'm just an old fogey who's getting really tired of demands for additional work and additional forms while they offer continually smaller fees. Like....when's the last time a police officer pulled you over to compliment you on your excellent driving skills? It's kind of like that.....maybe I should retire....that would sure change my attitude. Or maybe these companies could take on some of the workload themselves...such as the recent posts about all the unnecessary forms we have to print at our expense. Do they care?? H E double hockey sticks no. Just tired of it.
