Chase loans with less RTC's
Has anyone else been getting closings with Chase without the 13 RTC's? Every time I would get a Chase loan I would have to apologize for the signing of so many. Standard 3 copies for each borrower has been great.

They are there and they need to be signed. I have never apoligized or has anyone ever complained to me. Of course if you apoligize, that gives them a reason to complain. I don't like some of the packages but I never complain in front of the borrowers. I complain to the hiring party.

Not really. Each borrower needs to sign only three copies of <each> RTC: one for the packet, two for the borrower. Sometimes, of course, as in Texas, there are state RTCs, and they too must be signed. But there should never be any reason to have more than three copies of each form signed per borrower. Any more than that can be shredded for your hamster to use as nesting material.
Speaking of which, I used to have a hamster named Gerbil.

I have never signed 13 RTC. I have never had a problem with it either in 5 years. I send 1 or 1 per borrower back to Title. I leave 2 compleated copies for each borrowers. If they both sign the same for that mean 2 copies that at the bottom of the page. I have Never had that that came up as an issue. justme

I only print 3 each for both BOs to sign. Never had a issue from title or lender.
