Chase signing
Just finished a Chase signing that I expected to last a long time. 1003 showed occupation as an engineer. In my experience engineers and accountants are readers. BO was in his pajamas at 3PM and when I started with the HUD he told me " just tell me where to sign". 15 minutes in and out. WOW!!!
Bye the way, this wasn't a LSI Chase signing,,, I got the docs three days ago from a different title company well in advance of the signing. Makes you wonder, because I have experienced the late docs from LSI as a number of you on this forum have complained about recently.
