Crossing out dates on entire pkg revisited--lessons learned

On 11/20 I wrote about a loan where I was instructed to have BO cross out the dates and initial throughout the entire pkg. Msg #444159
I had contacted title to confirm they wanted all dates, and not just the RTC changed because I thought lender instructions were vague. they said ye
Well..... as I suspected, got a call the next week to do a re-sign. yup, it was only the RTC after all...

My contact at title was most apologetic and I am sure learned a big lesson.
Note to self--When instructions are vague, always check with TC, SS, whoever. better they make the mistake than me!!
