My problem is what the pay. I can't make any profit on $60 to $75 and less.

And with my post above, they call with a late evening signing just now. Would not meet my fee but we met in the middle, yes more than $115.
But they want all notarized fax back for Q C.
Of course the docs are not here at 7 p m.

There rates are low but they pay without problems. Fax backs are no longer required after 10 "no-error" signings with the exception of investment properties. I do a lot of signings for them but generally only to fill empty spots in my schedule.

The checks come like clockwork. Once they know you know what you are doing, they don't need the faxbacks.
