Global Notary

I agreed to a signing for this company which was lower than usual. When I got confirmation, I was required to fax back 30 sheets of paper. I told the company that fax backs were not included in my fee and he said that this lender demands it. I told him that it would have been nice if he would have informed me BEFORE I accepted the signing. He got huffy and took the signing away from me -- All I can say is "good riddance to bad rubbish". Are you kidding me? Very professional - not!!!

I always take calls. I just say Do you have fax backs? ok do you call a lot? ok Do you pay within 30 days? Ok. My fe is 125.00 and 25.00 for faxbacks, $20.00 more for over 125 pages. and 5 bucks a phone call!. OK? NOT!!!!! OK.

Been doing this a while now, but took some time off... just took a signing for these guys fairly close to home and the met my fee (i was in the car and couldn't look them up at the time) and marked it down for 1PM 12/10 --- got the confirmation and it says 9AM --- then I look at the fax backs and cringe.... oh well, this'll probably be the last one I do for them with their record and especially with all those faxbacks, but shoulda checked 'em out beforehand.
