That's what happens when title wants to save money and decides to o/n docs via UPS. Just heard from title that they will be emailing docs in a few minutes! apparently, docs are stuck in Louisville! Oh, well!

A UPS driver was robbed at gunpoint in my area couple days ago. They are warning people who were expecting pkgs, that they will not arrive. Sad
