I so dislike it when you look on SC and there are as many 5

stars for a company as 1-2 stars. The disparity in the comments make me want to puke. SoCal signings is a case in point. I have never had a problem until this last time. Lisa shorted me $5 on a check. Naturally, she will not respond to my emails. So, I can only say to Lisa that the Karma she creates is her own.

While on the road yesterday, accepted a signing for $125 refi for open time last night. When I received confirmation, it was from Lisa for a Provident loan. Emailed her and turned job back due to poor rating on NotRot. Never heard back from her.

Initial call was a male voice from 509 area code and I didn't catch where he was calling from.

Once I found out who it was, I, too, was surprised they agreed to $125. But then again, they can agree to whatever; doesn't matter if they don't pay.
