I'm expanding actually. I used to just cover one county but now I've added three more. I've already raised my fees. But this year I'm more selective of the assignments I'm choosing.

Make time each day for strategic thought instead of just putting out fires and checking off to-dos. Heard this recently at a meeting and it resonated with me. If only some of the lenders, title companies, and SS would do the same!
