They're very particular. Like Provident.
I used to do a bunch, but haven't seen any in a while. I don't recall any problems with them aside from being extremely particular, and some occasional unusual requests.

Just did a VA for them (128 pages) yesterday for a Florida property. Docs were straightforward. Did have to scanback about 18 pages. There was nothing unusual about the docs themselves.

perhaps they've streamlined?
I don't think I've seen one of their files in a year or more. I remember some arbitrary requirements like initial every page or something and a couple of other small picky things. But I don't remember specifics.

Pay attention to the escrow for taxes, ins and the 1st paym
JB Nutter does their escrow for taxes and ins a little different. Pay attention to a particular doc in the pkg that says so much is due the first month for a payment, and the regular payments start a month later. Something on that order anyway.

Usually fairly large packages, including broker docs IME.
