Just did a GN job where the other CA notary

notarized a Jurat preprinted on the document with the wrong wording, and the document blanks were not filled in. DUH! I had my guy fill in the blanks and attached a loose certificate. The client said, "Well, at least my part is done right."

I was the second notary on a document needing notarization a few months ago. The first notary used the pre-printed jurat (which was incorrect for CA in this case also) and didn't bother to fill in the venue information.
