Here is the email I sent them in response to their non response. I suggest if they can't communicate any better then don't waste your time especially at month end:
Jacob,
When you did not call me back regarding the above signing I called and spoke with Jason. Jason also said he would make a call and email me which he did not. The issue was that when I went to confirm the signing appt. with the borrower they told me that it was very unlikely the signing was going to take place because their payoff had not come in. That prompted my call to you back, this time I spoke to Jason and asked that someone contact the escrow etc. Having no follow up on your end I suggest you find another notary that can deal with this type of non communication. Thank you
Don't you think its about time the signing companies behave in the same professional manner that they would like us to?

I have worked with NTS for a LONG time now. I have NEVER had this problem. They are always very nice, polite and courteous. Jacob is really friendly and Jason is always available to help with questions. They pay right away and are prompt about sending confirmations and docs. I highly recommend National Title Solutions to anyone!!!
