I have done some work for them

They agree to my fee. Make sure your confirmation sheet fee is the same that you quote. I closed a loan one evening that I did not end up sending the paper work in because of many issues. It was a split closing on a vacation property owned by 3 parties. I requested full payment since they signed all the paperwork even though I did not send it to the second half. I was paid today, within a week for both closings.

Have done one or two for them a year, always met my fee, the last few calls in the past few weeks, find they no longer will meet my fee.
