Purchase

When notarizing a purchase, do I give copies to the seller or just the purchaser/borrower.
also, how should a borrower sign.

Denise K Reed, F/K/A Denise Lyons, A/K/A Denise Duffey (this is my name not the borrowers)

Do they sign the whole thing out?

If you're signing both sides, I'd give copies to both sides. Otherwise, just give copies to the side you're signing.

How to sign is up to your hiring party; how your notarial certs are completed is up to your SOS/notary law/handbook.

I give seller copies of HUD and seller docs. I give buyer copy of HUD and loan package. Whatever they sign, they should get a copy of it.
