They are great to work for. Fees are fair and they are 30 day payers. Take all you can get.

Here are my notes from my last closing with them in summer 2012:

Total PITA! Plethora of instructions, make extra copies of DOT & Riders, undisclosed faxbacks - too many instructions and fee deduction threats.

On top of that, 45 pays to pay $125. I now ignore their calls.
