I can only do this is the cooler months where I live, like now. In the summer, in-car printing is impossible. Right now, I'm using the Brother HL-2270DW. It's small, portable, wireless and does everything I need for the times when I need to print on the road. It's *not* a dual tray, though. For me, my on- the-road printing requires a little more manual effort, but not much. It's not a full-time printer, either. The way I set things up, I make sure I have my packages all printed and set for the day before I head out.... and I rarely accept assignments for loan work same-day. Most of mine are booked up at least a day or two ahead and I have the docs ready to go before I leave because of my travel requirements.
But, in emergencies, or for those times when I just need to print... I've got it ready. And, being wireless is the best part for me.
