I did one signing for them last year. According to my records, they met my fee and paid within 30 days. Were fine to work with.

I stopped accepting signings from TZI because payment did not get issued in a timely fashion after 30 days (according to their payment policy) I found it exhausting to chase after payment as they could be hard to reach sometimes. There was usually a new excuse each time-I had to pick up my kids, new accountant, etc. The checks never had a file number or borrower info in the memo area. So you really had to keep track of which signing you had been paid for. At least they DID pay, eventually.

I agree with everything Eva75Eva stated. He does not pay within 30 days like he put on his confirmation. I did an audit of my accounts with him and its between 45-60 days and mostly closer to 60 days. Im fighting to get paid for Nov/Dec signings as he has not paid those as of 2/11/13.

In the beginning he did pay within 30 days but the longer you work with him the longer the payments get stretched out. But they do pay. Just not up to my standards. Id give him 5 stars if he could keep his word and pay as stated (30 days) but he is down to 2 stars in my book.
