I didn't want to creep anyone out
But there was an article in our paper a couple of weeks ago that made me think. I'm 5O something, my husband is 70 something and we need to get rid of a lot of stuff!
Hope the link works, if not you will need to copy and paste. Sorry.

Re: I didn't want to creep anyone out
Michelle: I'm sorry for your loss. I pray for your peace & joy. Thank you for your note-worthy post. I, too, am inspired to organize my over-whelming quantity of stuff. I have 3 buildings full of items that need to be sorted & organized. Unfortunately, until I can afford shelving and boxes, it may be a long while, yet. Still, I wish that I could be more like your friend. God bless & best wishes.

Sensible and pragmatic. De-cluttering now is a blessing
left for those going through what is left. I resolve to do this, then get side-tracked by life, then re-commit only to derail again when something else happens.
Just today I was thinking I've got this week to square away a room and then 2 weeks of the three year old home from school so all that organizing stuff will grind to a halt. This article makes me see the need to work quickly on some things so I'm prioritizing my goals while I'm typing this. I pray I can do it this time, or make a huge dent.
I hate filing, but I love lists. Hopefully......
