Two no shows so far this week, one SC says they will pay 60%

the other (4 stars) says maybe nothing because I called them but I did not call the lender before I left the signing. It makes me feel very low on the pole when they are ready to burn you for so little cash. It's like SAs are a dime a dozen.

They are the ones who should feel lower than 'stuff' on the

ocean bottom. Just what would calling the Lender have accomplished? If they're not there, they're not there. Who are these rascals?
