Up until now, I have dodged a bullet...

...but I find myself scheduled with an LSI/Chase loan tomorrow. I haven't yet seen the dreaded evidence form....is it still included? I don't think I've seen much about this for several months.

It will be in the pkg :-) I filled it in with my information and saved in for future use. They keep a standard format for the form-thank goodness.

Be more concerned about getting docs on time. Yesterday, I had one at the branch with L.O. Supposed to happen at 5:00pm. I still nad no docs at 5:30. L.O. was willing to print, as I had to drive 15 mins to get there, and borrowers were sitting there waiting. Finally got call from LSI to go to closing, L.O. would print. I get there, and we had to re-locate to borrower's store, which was close by, and one of them had to leave for 20 mins, to pick kids up. L.O. was pissed at LSI, and he even said "This is ridiculous, I will request Servicelink next time". BTW, I had one with him earlier this month, and due to late docs he had to print those as well. I can't say I blame him for not wanting to deal with LSI anymore. I am considering the same thing as far as LSI and Chase are concerned...

Very easy

I have filled in my information & have saved it to my desktop as "Chase BS doc" and just fill in to loan & borrower information, print & put it in the package. Takes just a minute or two.

It's easy, and I seldom have issues with docs.

I love chase loans, and do them all the time. Just watch for the tricky initials on signature pages. (Why do they do that?)
