If I didn't ask anyone else, I would say the 31st. Last

day to sign with recission would be the 27, then funding on Jan 2, 2013. If you want it to fund in December than, last day to sign would be Dec. 26th. Of course, many business will be closed. To be sure ask the SS or TC you are working with.

RTC ends on Sat. Fund, if they can, on Mon, but right before xmas will kick your bootie, good thing I'll be in Mexico on vacation.... LOL
