What week have not had one like this in a while

Last minute deals with delayed docs, what a surprise. Loans being cancelled last minute, borrowers not signing and today out of 4 signings one may go through but that is doubtful because it is a CHASE and borrower hates the numbers and said don't bother unless they change.

At least it is Friday and get to go see my little girls Christmas Concert tonight.

Seems this week they are pushing crap out that won't even stick to the wall.

Ive only had one cancel which was my appt. This morning my 9am was a no show. Called both numbers, knocked on door. No answer...Aww well. Got 3 more today and only docs for one.

Me too... Last minute cancellation when I turned down three other closings for the same time! So frustrating!

Had one drop off also. I knew it would. Just a feeling. Not sure about another one. Closed on so far and have a pkg for another. Let's see if it turns out to be a good day! Merry Christmas (or what Holliday you do celibrate, if you do!) everyone!!!!!
