I call the person that hired me
But, you don't know if you don't ask. Maybe someone has a better idea of who to contact than I do

Call or email the company that hired you.

I email them and also give a cut off time to receive docs depending on my schedule. You can not let one signing ruin your schedule, nor can you let them string you out all day.

I've got a 4:30 and a 5:30 scheduled for today and I'm sending emails to both right now so they are aware. I will need both by 3:15 or they will need to be scheduled with someone else.

I emailed who they told me to, as the co was closed for the night.
No docs ever showed. next morning title said they had sent them to me
and that they bounced back. they said the bos were mad.
Noone called them (meaning me) Why didn't title call me
if docs bounced back. I keep thinking it wasn't me. I get docs from
everyone else.

I dont call anyone during EOM time. Not my concern. But slow times of month, I send out an email asking whats going on. But 95% of the time, I dont bother.

I called Notarize 24/7 and told them I needed documents as time was an issue.
I was told it would have to be rescheduled.
So I called the borrower and she informed me that another notary had just called and she had the documents,
This Is A Crazy Business!

Unethical and lacking integrity. Give this company a rating in SC and the BOOT!
