Wyoming, witness state?

i did look here but i don't believe WY was listed as a witness state for the mortgage. anyone know? title co requiring?

LSI's instruction sheet has a little table of witness states. It lists CT, FL, GA, LA, and SC. Not WY. It might not list WY because they don't work there, but it also might not list WY because it's not a witness state.

i am doing a closing and the prop is in wy. at the very bottom of service link's confirm/instruction sheet lists witness states and it lists wy. i will double check with them i didn't think so and thanks.

When in doubt, call the co.

Also, lots of documents have lines for witnesses that are just left blank in not-witness situations.

And that's not true. FL mortgages do NOT require witnesses - except a select few counties -outside those counties if witnesses are "required" it's usually a lender requirement.
