reliable signing services

I have noticed that there are quite a few signing services out there that gove you these signings then you never hear from them again?? It is very frustrating when you have a question when you are in the signing, regarding when you are getting docs or details on the signing location etc. and cant get a hold of anyone much less someone to call you back. Has anyone else been experiencing this?

A reputable company has an after-hrs on call person...

I dont call looking for docs but its nice to have an emergency contact just in case something happens at the table. I havent had to reach out to anyone in years but you never know.....

As owner and operations manager of a signing company and now a notary I fully understand. My cell phone is attached to my hip. When escrow leaves at 5 and I have a notary out in the field they call me, 24/7. If I have signings going on over the weekend, my phone is with me. You never know what might happen ;0)
