1099 Kudos to First American

With all of the companies giving inflated numbers on their 1099s this year, I just wanted to bring up the fact that First American not only gave me a correct 1099, but on the back, they listed every closing I did for them along with the date paid, check number, borrowers name, amount paid and invoice Number.

I wish all of the other companies would do this! Thanks, First American!

no issues with 1099's

Just not looking forward to getting taxes done, this year is going to cost again.

Then again, there is my situation.

Fatco gave me and my partner a 1099 listing us personally as recipient of the funds when their detailing on the back clearly showed every check made out to my company. I think they are fixing it without much fuss or fanfare.
