About HARP

I was talking to my banker today about HARP. He said flat out that it's not going to work. So, I am thinking that this upsurge in loan signings for many of us may not be due ro HARP.

Last 3 weeks, I have went from about 4-8 HARPS a week to 10, 13 and 15 respectively. So I think it's helping just fine.
