And I thought engeneer's were bad
I did a signing today at 1:00 for a dentist in his office.
After I introduce myself I told him it would take about an hour. He said " they told us it would take 30 minutes, I have patients coming in in half an hour."
We got started and I entered their information in my journal and got their thumb prints.
Then we started through the thick packet, it was a refi and they were taking the property out of trust.
After 5 or 6 pages of docs he started grabbing the docs, the ones that were allready signed and saying " wait that number is wrong" He grabbed docs several times as I waited patiently. I finally said " leave those docs alone, I have to send them back in the order they were recieved and your mixing them up." I told him that this might take 2 hours to complete. I gave him his copies and told him to follow along with me.
After that it went fine, I guess it wasn't that bad after all. There were only 2 pone calls to his LO with questions after that.

I've had to deal with a dentist also--at his office. They
are definitely on the clock & make every minute count. I had a really good one last night--lady works for a city/county office dealing with money. She went over those nos. like an auditer. They ended up not signing, because the loan amt. was a little higher than they had been told. The tc tried to explain that the increase was so they wouldn't have to bring money to the table. She was a stickler for exact nos. & couldn't hear anything else. It will be a re-draw and they will probably end up signing for the same amt. I was there for longer than it takes to sign, but we had to try to get it resolved for them.
