They called yesterday, talked very fast wanting to know in I could do a closing in 35 minutes 15 miles away. I could not get their name and could not find anything.

I don't know that number but my thought would be "who cares."

I don't do those last minute signings anyway unless it's with a company I have a good relationship with already. Just not worth it.

Did one in Decenber and no pmt. Googled and feds charging fraud. Their reps are have law suit against them. They took people for millions.
