Hi, I just did one for them in Feb 2012....I hope I don't have any problems with payment? When they werer Patriot Title, I never had a problem.

That's odd. I've never had a problem getting

paid by them & did 2 recently. I hope there's no issue with payment on those.

Might be a pattern. The same thing happened at Patriot Title.

I remember when they first called me as Patriot Title they had a bad reputation and I was very leary but they paid. Maybe because I lived down the street from the office.

Received payment for December closings 2/27/2012. One check datd 1/2/2012 and the other 2/20/2012. They still owe me for early February closing. Will post if I have problem again.

I was paid for December closings 2/27/2012. One check was dated 1/6 and the other 2/20. Apparently they are behind on paying SOME people. It's a shame they were not up front with me.

I had a good experience with Armour Settlement very recently. I did a loan signing for them on 2/28/12 and just got paid 3/14/12. Jessica was very pleasant, helpful and responding quickly to any questions that came up.

I would definitely work for them again.
