Brother 5370dw question
The cartridge is full but, the toner light is on. I covered the hole on the right and, on the bottom with tape rebooted it but, it is still on and not wanting to print. Does anyone know how to get past this?

Try unpluging it for a few minutes and then plug it back in. See if that works. Good luck

Glenn helped me a lot with this site. I could not find a solution on the internet. I had to cancel two last minute prints.

I think these companies make these machines in a way that will make you have to buy new cartridges.
