We are being told by our Clients that Business is going to increase again for at least 3 or months. So get ready for a busy spring. Lots, of Mods, Lots of Refis. and Lots of Foreclosure Purchase.

I did a closing in a Chase Branch this and the loan officer said they are looking at about 2 years at this pace. From his mouth to God's ear!
