I was Crespa about 3 years ago. Gave it up after 1 year. Cost of Bond ( $200,000.00 Bond) E &O ($100,000.00) was high. Plus everyone wanted to pay the same fee. No extra for being Crespa. Talked with SOS when I turned it in and was told only 14 signing agents in the state with Crespa Cert.. Crespa Cert. is is taken care of by Va. D.P.O.R..
