Closing fee avg increase for 2011 over 2010

In 2010 I completed 83 closings for FASS. In late 2010 we parted ways. Comparing 2010 to 2011, I completed 50 less closings yet my closing average increased $17.00 per closing. It really does not pay to work for the low fees.

No, I made less gross but have yet to figure my expenses to find my net income. The lack of headaches that came with working with FASS is priceless though.
