We are still trying to find out something about 'Eagle Title'. Did they have a different name, do they pay, etc.?

Hi I was just told that a VA notary needed to have a title producers license to conduct closings for this company? Has anyone else been told this? Most notaries in VA do not have a title producer license, unless I am out of the loop? Pls let me know your thought. Thank you
