Equifax Settlement Services Coraopolis PA
Anyone else having problems getting paid from them? I did a siging in Dec and still haven't received payment. I made six calls with no response. # emails no response. Last person I spoke to said their accounting department is separate from them and can only be done on line?

Nope. Did one on 01/20 and received my check 20 days later. The assignment sheet has the company address as 420 Rouser Road, Building 3, Coraopolis, PA 15108. Phone 888-852-5380. The check stub indicates that it is from Equifax, Inc., PO Box 4081, Atlanta, GA 30302, but it does not show an email address or phone number for that location. The assignment sheet also has the names of several big lenders and their phone numbers, in case the docs were late and I needed to call to inquire about anticipated doc availability time. If your assignment sheet has the number for the lender, perhaps you can call the lender and ask for the phone number and email address it uses to contact Equifax.

I did a closing for them on 1/27 and was paid around 2/15. Did you send your invoice in on the website? I didn't have my username, etc called the office and I was helped.

I performed a signing for Equifax Settlement Services on 1/24/12, and same as you, no payment and they do not answer emails. I did talk to Milton Chaverri today and he said I was to send my payment inquires to some 9 word email address . com and they would look into it. I tried the address he gave me and it came back as invalid. I will see if I get paid but I will not perform another signing for them until they prove they are reliable.

Just wanted to let every one know that I did receive my payment from Equifax on 4/7/2012, for the signing I perfromed on 1/24/12. So they do pay but it did take over two months. I do not like having to contact the signing service to finally get paid. However, in all fairness to Equifax, they did pay!

I'm having a similar problem. I did a closing in May 2012 and still haven't been paid. I call their #'s and just get voicemails - apparently they don't have any live people working there! Can you get me the contact info for the human you were able to get on the phone?
