This is First National Signings in Santa Ana and they have a 4 star rating in SC. I have no problems with them. However; they will only pay $50 if no sign. Rare it happens.

I have done many loans for them. They only pay $90 but their volume is high and they always pay on time.

I work for First National Signings, you don't have to accept signings for $90. You should negotiate your fees to a level that is competitive, especially give rising gas prices.

I began working for this company when Chase decided they wanted their HARP loans to be handled here in CA instead of the East Coast. Hence I'm very busy with First National Signing.

GO AFTER HIGHER FEES! You're making copies and paying higher office/travel expenses. Don't settle for under $100.

Agree with Cheryl, I won't take $90 signings. Good company, but must pay my fee $xxx
