Hows business in the Inland Empire?

I am in the San Gabriel Valley & I am extremely busy. I am curious if business is booming or sinking in the Inland Empire. I know home prices have continued to drop, foreclosures are abundant and home inventories on the market are high (short sales, foreclosures & standard sales). I am wondering how refinances are doing out there? Are most people bailing or are a lot of them qualifying for refi's?
