I-9 Form Signature

Just received a request from MBO Partners to meet with one of the local contractors they are hiring and want me to meet with him to sign his I-9 Form. I have not done this before and would like to know if you have and what would I charge for a service like this. I do not need to use my stamp unless I want to, just signature, title, and date.

"Just signature, title and date"

Not quite...search here - Marian/CA has discussed this extensively and has info on her website about how to do these, what you are and what's expected/legal.

Make sure your new laws don't preclude you from doing it..you're acting not as a notary, not as a signing agent but as the agent of the employer.

Your call.

<<<I do not need to use my stamp unless I want to, just signature, title, and date.>>>

Which title are you referring to? In CA, you cannot use the title "Notary Public" except in the capacity of a notary - which means you must notarize. If you are not notarizing, you cannot use the title.
