I know we discussed this a while back...

...but I don't recall that anybody ever offered a solution to one specific question.

I use NotRot's free program for incoming faxes. I scan and email for outgoing documents. But does anyone know a free program for outgoing faxes where, for example, there is no email address for the recipient, so an actual fax is required? I gave up my e-fax program when I realized I had not sent a fax in over 12 months, and had not received one in an even longer time.

Nonetheless, there are uses to which I could put an outgoing fax line, if anybody has any suggestions.

I havent used any of the services except ringcentral. I purchased a year subscription for $50 and I send faxes at least 15 a month. But then again Notary work is not my only business.

Windows fax

Hugh, do you have Windows on your computer? I do. I scan a document then "print" to fax and a wizard takes you through a few steps to send it electronically.
