Maryland Title Producers Needed

Hey Gang,

Just wanted to toss up an opportunity for any Maryland Title Producer out there who would like to conduct purchase transactions in their serving area. The pay is great and the payment schedule is every 2 weeks guaranteed.

Anyone who has worked with me in the past can attest to the above statement.

If interested, Ill need the following things:

1. Valid Title Producers License
2. Surety Bond that matches your TPL. (Sorry No Blanket Bonds)
3. Errors and Omission (Preferably $100,000 but at least $50,000)
4. Areas of coverage.

The individual surety bond requirement is a must. Not my rule so please don't try to debate it with me.

I have worked with James Lee closing purchase transactions for some time. The pay is better then the majority of companies I work with and most of all James is a Prince to work with, he is responsive and lives up to his committments. I know there aren't many Maryland Agents in this chatroom but those of you Marylander's who do read this string will benefit by responding to James. This is an excellent opportunity.

I agree with Ilene. I have worked extensively with James and he has integrity. It's an excellent opportunity for anyone in MD who is a GREAT signing agent and knows their stuff.
